It can handle various profiles such as round tubes, square tubes, U-channels, I-beams, and custom-shaped tubes for cutting, hole-making, and contour cutting. It is a highly automated, efficient, and cost-effective dedicated tube-cutting equipment.

Optional large unloading platform with 2000 mm space and tipping bucket design for fast and easy unloading, simplifying material collection and separation.

Precision Centering & Auto-feeding System: Standard-equipped alignment mechanism with multi-tube compatibility.

Automatic and continuous loading of up to 5 pipes at a time significantly reduces manual labor and boosts efficiency.

120 RPM chuck rotation synchronized with 100 m/min Y-axis traversal enables unmatched processing speeds for production maximization.

Proprietary chuck-adjacent cutting head design with front chuck clearance control achieves industry-leading 60mm residual material length. Maximizes material utilization while boosting throughput.
