Multi-chuck synergistic cutting can easily achieve the goal of zero tail material, improve the utilization rate, and realize green savings.

One-key loosening and clamping, automatic centering, large and constant clamping force, no loosening or slipping of the heavy tube, full sealing design of the chuck, blocking dust and improving the service life of the chuck.

Chuck seat adopts whole plate welding structure, rough machining by high temperature annealing, high-precision molding, good rigidity, light weight, good dynamic performance.

The cutting head adopts capacitive sensors with high sensing accuracy, sensitive response, stable and reliable performance.

Adoption of rack and pinion, high-precision linear guide, stable and accurate transmission, equipped with semi-automatic loading and unloading device to improve the productivity of the machine tool.

X, Y, Z linear axes, U-axis chuck rotary axis and bevel A and B rotary axes are servo motors with high precision, high speed, high torque, stable and durable performance, which ensures the high speed and acceleration of the whole machine.
