DNE LASER Unveils D-Speed High-Speed Laser Automation Unit at ITES 2026

On March 31, 2026, the 27th ITES Shenzhen Industrial Exhibition officially opened at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao’an). As one of the leading industrial equipment exhibitions in South China, the event brings together more than 1,500 exhibitors, focusing on advanced manufacturing and intelligent upgrading.

DNE LASER made its first domestic exhibition appearance following its brand upgrade, exhibiting at Booth G01, Hall 6. Under the theme “One Step Faster, Precisely Accurate,” the company officially launched its new product, the D-Speed High-Speed Laser Automation Unit, alongside the C-Bend S electro-hydraulic servo press brake. The booth attracted strong visitor traffic on the opening day, with active discussions between industry professionals and customers.

The D-Speed High-Speed Laser Automation Unit integrates a fully automated workflow, including automatic loading, cutting, unloading, and stacking. With single-operator operation, it enables continuous production, significantly improving efficiency while reducing labor dependency and process variability.

Its integrated D-Speed laser cutting system delivers up to 20 kW laser power and a maximum positioning speed of 150 m/min. Equipped with an in-house developed cutting head and intelligent process optimization, it enhances both cutting efficiency and precision for 1–3 mm sheet metal. Optional functions such as scrap reutilization and visual edge detection further expand production flexibility.

The C-Bend S electro-hydraulic servo press brake is designed for high-precision sheet metal forming across multiple industries. It ensures stable bending accuracy and consistent forming quality, and can be integrated with laser cutting systems to enable a streamlined cutting-to-bending production workflow.

As part of ITES 2026, this exhibition marks an important step in showcasing DNE LASER’s post-upgrade technological capabilities and product competitiveness. The company continues to provide practical and high-value intelligent manufacturing solutions, while engaging with industry partners on future trends in advanced manufacturing.

The exhibition runs until April 3, 2026. DNE LASER welcomes visitors to Booth G01 in Hall 6 for live demonstrations and technical consultations on applications and system solutions.
