The production line meets the concurrent linkage of multiple equipment, completes sheet metal to sheet metal operations, realizes automated production requirements, and improves the overall automation of the production system. The purchased products of this project are automated material warehouse (3 * 1.5 meters * 12 layers * 3 tons, stainless steel sheet thickness 0.8-8 mm), truss loading and unloading equipment (supporting corresponding manipulators), 6KW (3 * 1.5 meters countertop) laser plate cutting machine, automatic bending unit, with automatic bending manipulator, a set of central control system, the blanking sheet meets stainless steel, the thickness is 0.8~ 8mm, and the maximum format size is 3000x1500mm. Sorting and unloading docking automatic bending unit. It is required to achieve automatic sorting and unloading and manual sorting. This equipment is mainly used for sheet material cutting and bending.
