With laser power up to 20kW, D-Soar Pro delivers excellent cutting performance for steel, aluminum, and various non-ferrous metals. Equipped with a cutting head jointly developed with our Swiss team, the machine delivers improved cutting accuracy and operational stability. The integrated machine bed undergoes high-temperature annealing treatment to maintain long-term structural stability.

With a maximum positioning speed of 150m/min and linkage acceleration of 2.0G, the machine significantly reduces processing time while maintaining high precision. Positioning accuracy reaches ±0.05mm and repeat positioning accuracy reaches ±0.03mm, meeting precision part processing requirements. Core components are controlled within 0.02mm tolerance to ensure consistent quality in batch production. High-performance servo drives provide fast response and smooth operation for complex cutting patterns.
